Our sales agreement requires that new families spay or neuter their puppy and agree that the puppy is sold strictly as a pet. Will you agree to spay or neuter your puppy and provide proof of same?

If you ever discover that you cannot care for or keep the puppy/dog for any reason and cannot find a suitable pet home, will you agree to return the puppy/dog to us?
